Well, after five minutes of fighting my browser to get me this far through the submission process... sheesh. And, they didn't mention crowns, but eh. It's jewelry.
Say hello to one of my props for my Pharaoh Atemu cosplay! ^_^ How awesome does it look? And yes, it does actually fit on my head. That's kind of the point. Heh. The eye rests right in the middle of my forehead, and the curves below the wings rest upon my ears. I leave the rest to elastic! (You can actually see a little piece of the elastic cord under the wing on the left.) As for the wing design, I tried; I really had no clue what the lower bit looked like, as it was always covered by Atemu's ears or hair in the screenshots I had. Heh.
Cardboard, posterboard, magazine subscription cards, glue, brass paper fastener (the pupil of the eye), gold spray paint, elastic cord, Sharpie. Approx. 1-2 hours total.

Now if I wore this to school I would get stoned to death... I don't think anyone would agree with me when I tried to convince them it was 'cool'... oh well... it's a hell of a lot cooler than mahoosive hoop earrings and plastered on foundation... *sighs* people are so shallow nowadays...

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article.
In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
